I believe very strongly in supporting the communities that support me.  Giving back is important to me.  I have served on my local city council and on citizen advisory boards.  I support a variety of charitable causes.  These are my own personal efforts; but I wanted to find a way for my business to give back as well.  To that end, I have created my referral rewards program.

When a church or a non-profit group refers someone to me and I end up providing catering services for that referral, I will donate three percent of my gross profits for the services to the referring organization.

My dad always said “A good deal isn’t a good deal unless it’s a good deal for everybody.”  I truly believe that.  I look for win-win results.  I believe that my referral program is a win-win.  I get work, my customer gets great food and excellent service, and the referring organization gets a donation to help with their own programs.
