Kitchen Inspection Score
The city of Lago Vista inspects commercial kitchens every six months to insure that they are properly run and safely handling food. We take great pride in our kitchen and strive to achieve high scores on these surprise inspections.
A perfect score is 100. The inspector deducts points for a variety of reasons.

(3 points deducted for having a spray bottle of food-safe sanitizer on the prep table instead of on the shelf underneath. Bottle was immediately placed in the correct location.)
