Buffet Meals - We provide these items with all meals - sturdy three-compartment meal plate, disposable cup & party pack with a sturdy knife, fork, napkin, salt & pepper packs.

Food Bars - We provide these items with all meals - sturdy plate or bowl appropriate to the type of food on the bar, party pack with a sturdy knife, fork, napkin, salt & pepper packs.

In addition to the basic disposables included with all buffet meals or food bars, we offer the following optional dinnerware settings.

Buffet handling fee includes:
Prior to guest arrival, our staff will

• Set your rolled dinner napkins (with cutlery) and your salt and pepper shakers, on all guest tables
• Set your dinner plates at the head of the buffet station.
• Set your iced tea and iced water goblets at the drink station.

Please Note: Additional table waiters will be required with china place settings. The number of waiters required for your event will be determined, based on the size of your event. All of our professional wait staff are $10 per hour per waiter.

Food bar handling fee includes:
